Product Description
Suspension Clamps are used as a component of insulator string which we can use it to hang conductor or ground wire to the tower arms or substation structures with insulators and line fittings.
Power fittings suspension clamps are divided into old-fashioned boat-shaped clamps and pre-twisted suspension clamps.
It is made up of aluminum alloy, with minimum loss of magnetic hysteresis & eddy current as well as lightweight & convenient installation. It has access to the criteria of energy-saving & consumption reduction for Chinese state grid reconstruction.
When it is used for aluminum-stranded wire & ACSR, the priority shall be to wrap aluminum armor tape or armor rods on the conductor for protecting the conductor.

CGH Suspension Clamps is mainly used for overhead power lines or substations, and the conductor and lightning wire are hung on the insulator string or the lightning wire is hung on the tower through the connecting hardware; It is made of Horse Iron and aluminum alloy.
Material:The body and keeper are made of malleable iron,cotter-pins are made of stainless steel.other parts are made of steel.All ferrous parts are hou-dip galvanized

XG-type suspension clamps have adequate tensional strength to support the weight of conductors onto the perfect positions. The material is also resistant to corrosion and abrasion hence can serve its primary purpose for a long time.

The suspension clamp body and keepers are aluminium alloy, cotter-pin is stainless steel, the other parts are hot-DIP galvanized steel.
Application:
The suspension clamp is used to fix the wire on the insulator string of the tower, or hang the lightning protection line on the tower.
Structure Features :
- High-strength suspension clamp can bear the stress of line.
- According to the relative position between the center of gyration axle and the axis of conductor, suspension clamps can be divided into trunnion type, hang-down type and carried-up type.
- Based on the requirement for grip strength of suspension clamp to conductor, the suspension clamp can be divided into three types:Fixed type, slip type and limited grip strength type.
- Generally, malleable cast iron, steel and aluminum alloy are used as it's materials.
