HDPE Bundle Tube For Micro Air Blown Duct Underground Installing Optical Cable
HDPE Bundle Tube/duct :
A bundle of micro- or mini-tubes (regular wall size) is surrounded by dual HDPE sheath. The design makes the duct assemblies suitable for outdoor direct bury application. The inner microducts are optimized for best cable blowing performance.
Microduct assemblies are available for several installation environments such as direct buried installation, into existing pipes or for indoor installation.
Microducts are characterised by heavy wall microducts and a relatively thin outer sheath. The thickness of each inner tube allows individual tubes to be used direct bury solution.
The microducts themselves are rugged enough to protect the fiber cables inside. Micro ducts are made of HDPE and have a low friction inner surface for best blowing performance.
Product Characteristics:
1). Adopt multi-machine co-extrusion, the silicon core layer is synchronously embedded in the pipe. It will be permanent lubricated and not be stripped forever
2). Good sealing and smooth inner wall;The friction coefficient of the inner wall is very small. Optical cable (electric cable) can be repeatedly extracted and tension in the pipe.
3). Strong pressure resistance;Waterproof, damp-proof, can avoid the damage by rodent animals.
4). Durable;Aging-resistant, anti corrosion of chemicals, long service with 50 years
5). Low temperature resistance;Good weather resistant ability, and its suitable temperature from -40°C to 100°C.
